The NBA is not officially affiliated with this Site. This Site reproduces The Data as freely available public information for End Users to consume as they see fit. This Site does not represent the NBA or make any representation for the NBA.

The Data that this Site reproduces comes from various publicly available sources. As such this Site does not warrant The Data beyond the scope of this Site. This Site does not make any representations as to the validity and accuracy of The Data. Further, this Site does not claim that The Data is free of errors or inaccuracies as they pertain to statistical data arising from the reproduction of NBA statistical information. By using this Site the User agrees that this Site is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in The Data being published here on this Site.

The Data that this Site uses has been obtained from https://www.basketball-reference.com/ ("Basketball-Reference"). This Site would like to acknowledge and thank Basketball-Reference for allowing this Site to access its data and to republish the data that they, (Basketball-Reference) produce, here at this Site. The production of data from Basketball-Reference here at this Site is produced based upon the preferences of this Site. Based on the preferences in how The Data is presented here, this Site makes no claims that The Data obtained from Basketball-Reference is accurate and without error.

The Data that this Site produces remains the property of this site. The End User has no rights to The Data to claim as their own through the use of this Site. The Data, particularly The Data that is a result of the various applied algorithms that this Site produces is also proprietary information that is exclusive to this Site. By using and visiting this Site as an End User You agree that You have no rights to request or demand to see or receive how that data is produced or formulated.

As a User of this Site, You are not required to register to use this site. However, without registration you will be restricted from using this Site in its entirety. Further, registration does not grant the User full access to the Site.

Registering for this Site will make the User a Member of ZoneWon1.com. Registered End User's will have limited access to parts of the Site. To gain access to subscription features of the Site will require that Members subscribe to this Sites "Subscription Services" via payment of a Subscription Fee.

2.3

Registration will require that the End User register personal information with this Sites database. The End User's personal information is covered by this Sites Privacy Policy.

3.1

By accessing this Site will make You an "End User". As an End User you are able to access this Site to view its content, materials and services. The main purpose of this site is to present NBA statistical data as information. As an End User you have access to the information. What You do with the data and how You interpret the data is the responsibility of the End User and this Site is in not liable for what You use the data for as an End User.

4.1

Upon registering for this Site you will be a Member of this Site. Being a Member of this Site only gives you partial access to parts of this Site that is not available to unregistered Users. To gain access to "Subscription Services" the registered Member must pay a Subscription Fee to gain access to the use of Subscription Services.

5.1

Upon purchase of this Sites paid for ("Subscription Services") You will become a "Subscribed Member". As a Subscribed Member You will have access to Subscription Services that are not available to unregistered Users and registered Members. Subscribed Members are either "Monthly Members" or "Yearly Members" depending on which Subscription Service the User subscribed to.

5.2

Subscription Services will grant the Subscribed Member access to Subscription Services for the duration of the paid subscription. To access Subscription Services will require the payment of a "Subscription Fee"

5.3

Monthly Subscribers are Subscribed Members who purchase a Monthly Subscription Service via payment of a Subscription Fee. Monthly Subscribers will gain access to Subscription Services for the duration of the Users Subscription to this Sites Subscription Services. Subscription Services will start from the calendar day of the Month that the Subscribed Member has paid the Subscription Fee and will conclude at the beginning of the same calendar day of the following Month unless the Subscribed Member continues with the Subscription Service.

5.4

Yearly Subscribers are Subscribed Members who purchase a Yearly Subscription Service via payment of a Subscription Fee. Yearly Subscribers will gain access to Subscription Services for the duration of the Users Subscription to this Sites Subscription Services. Subscription Services will start from the calendar day of the Year that the Subscribed Member has paid the Subscription Fee and will conclude at the beginning of the same calendar day of the following Year unless the Subscribed Member continues with the Subscription Service.

5.5

"Subscription Renewals" are future payments that the Subscribed Member wishes to pay for in order to continue the Subscription Service. Subscription Fees for Subscription Services will not increase in price unless notice has been given to the Subscribed Member in advance of the next installment of the Subscription Fee. Written Notice via the Members registered email shall be sent at least 28 days prior to the next payment of the Subscription Fee to inform the User of the future price increases to the Users Subscription Services. Should the Subscribed Member not agree to the price increase the Member has the option to cancel the Subscription Service by going to the Users Account Page where the User has the option to cancel The User's Subscription Service.

6.1

Member Services are services rendered to the Subscribed Members of this Site. These Member Services include:

1. Full Access to the Match-Up Services (the "Match-Up")
2. Access to Member Playbook Services (the "Playbook")

6.2

Match-Ups are pages on the Site that compares two teams statistical data and are scheduled to "Match-Up" against one another during the course of an NBA Season. The Match-Up page can be accessed via the schedule of NBA Games found on the Site. Match-Ups can also be found on the "Match-Up" page of the Site. The Match-Up page gives Subscribed Members the ability to interact with the data to make adjustments to Match-Up Variables. Details and guides on the use of the Match-Up feature can be found at the Matchup Zone page.

6.3

This Site makes no guarantees that the Match-Up feature will not change in its functionality and behavior. This Site is under no obligation to keep the functionality and behavior of the Match-Up Feature page consistent with the Subscribed Members' familiarity of the Match-Up Feature and reserve the right to make changes at any time and without notice to the End User.

6.4

This Site does not guarantee that the Match-Up Feature will be available at all times. The Match-Up page is dependent on the collection of NBA Game Statistics that this Site gathers from external sources. Should these external sources change or become unavailable there is no guarantee that the Member Services will continue and no refund will be given in the event that the Match-Up Feature is affected by the unavailability of data that is used to create this Sites Match-Up Feature.

6.5

The Playbook is a feature of the Subscription Services that allows Subscribed Members to record any adjustments that the Member has made to their use of the Match-Up Feature. To record Member adjustments to the Match-Up will require that Members post their Adjustment to this Sites database. The Playbook will also allow Members to view their posting of adjustments to the Match-Up in the Member's Playbook page. The use of Member Posts to this Sites database is covered by this Sites Privacy Policy.

7.1

Representations. This Site makes no Representations that The Data it presents is accurate and without error. This Site does not make any Representation that The Data is indicative of actual results of NBA Games. The User, in using The Data found on this Site, cannot hold this Site liable for any damages that the End User uses The Data for. This Site does not make representations that The Data found on this Site is a predictive measurement of actual NBA Game results. This Site represents that the outcome of any sporting event, in particular, NBA Games, is beyond the Scope of this Sites ability to predict. This Site represents that the results of NBA Games cannot be predicted with any certainty and that The Data that this Site produces is for statistical analysis by the End User. As such, this Site does not advise that the End User rely on the information found here on this Site as a guarantee for predicting NBA Game outcomes.

7.2

Should the End User use the Data beyond the Scope of this Site, this Site cannot be held liable for any losses of the End User. Similarly, this Site cannot share in profits that the End User makes beyond the Scope of this Site.

7.3

The Scope of this Site is to present The Data in an organized and structured manner. The organization of The Data is confined to this Site's preferences for representing The Data. This Site can only control how The Data is presented here at this Site. Beyond this Site, this Site, makes no promises, warranties and guarantees that any information presented here at this Site represents anything beyond the Scope of this Site's pages. Any activity beyond the Scope of this Site is at the discretion of the End User and any losses or profits that the End User accrues are the Users own and that this Site is not liable for any losses or entitled to any profits that You, the End User, accrues.

8.1

This site cannot guarantee that this Site will be available at all times. Several factors determine if this site is available to the public. These factors include, but not limited to, server disruptions, power outages and disruptions to the internet. You agree that this Site is not liable for any disruption to the Services rendered by this Site and have no expectations that this site is to remain in operation without disruptions to this Site's services.

9.1

This Site has been developed in Australia. This site is controlled from Australia. This site makes no guarantees that it will operate beyond Australia or that it is accessible to any User beyond Australia. You, as the End User, agree that that the site operates under Australian Law and that You are responsible for accessing this Site outside of Australia and that it is legal for you to access this Site from your location. Further, you acknowledge that you are bound by the laws consistent with the Location in which You access this Site.

9.2

This Site reserves the right to block access to this Site from any location outside of Australia and makes no guarantees of availability to any User beyond Australia.

10.1

This Site uses the services of Stripe Payments. Stripe Payments are used by this Site to process Subscription Fees by Members who decide to become Subscribed Members to gain access to features not accessible to Unregistered Users and Registered Members.

10.2

The collection and use of Personal Data and Payment Details used to make Stripe Payments by Members is outlined at this Site's Privacy Policy page.

10.3

Members will have the option to cancel their Subscription Service with this Site at any time. Should the Member decide to cancel their Subscription Service before their Subscription Service expires there will be no refunds for unused portions of the Members Subscription Service.

10.4

Making payments for this Sites Subscription Fee is subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out by Stripe Payments. Stripes Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are available on the Stripe Payment page for any of the Subscription Fees payable at the Stripe checkout page.

11.1

This Site can make changes to this Agreement at anytime with or without notice. By continuing to use this Site You agree to be bound by any future changes to this agreement and that it is your responsibility to review and monitor for any changes to this Agreement. This Site, in the event of any violation of the Agreement, reserves the right to terminate User access with or without notice.

The use of this site involves the exchange of information. How that information is managed by this Site and the Steps taken by this Site to secure End User information can be found at the Privacy Policy Page
